Students Zone
Students are eligible to enroll to the Courses of the GURUKULAM on the basis of their qualifying examination or based on age where open scheme is permitted.
The GURUKULAM is having Study Centres in every state and Students can join directly at the Study Centres. Those students who are not in a position to join to their nearest Study Centre can join to their nearest Study Centre through the National Coordinator: the Regional Education Board through its Co-ordination Office at Kanyakumari.
Students of the GURUKULAM join to its Courses through the Study Centres only. They get coaching and training at Study Centres only. The Study Centres will provide study materials to those students enrolled by them and will conduct Examinations as per schedule of the GURUKULAM.
Students are admitted to the different courses of study of the GURUKULAM through the registered and affiliated Study Centres. Students who wish to join the courses should contact us and in due course they will be directed to the nearest study centre.
1. EXAMINATION SCHEDULE :
The GURUKULAM will be conducting Examinations to different subjects and categories in every March, June, September and December. Examinations will be conducted in between the Normal Schedule for NRI Students who get leave to come to India and write their Examinations. In such cases their result will be announced and Mark List and Certificates will be issued through the next Convocation.
2. ON DEMAND EXAMINATION :
This facility is meant for those working Abroad who do not get leave during the Examination Schedule in March, June, September and December. For these Students, Examination will be conducted at selected places on the basis of DEMAND of the Students.
3. SINGLE SITTING EXAMINATION :
A candidate selecting ON DEMAND EXAMINATION can appear for the whole course in single sitting continuously in one schedule.
The GURUKULAM is having two Convocation Centres; Dehradun and Kanyakumari. It will be conducted on:
(1) First of March for those students who have written the previous December Examinations;
(2) First of June for those students who have written the previous March Examinations;
(3) First of September for those students who have written the previous June Examinations;
(4) First of December for those students who have written the previous September Examinations.
In case of On Demand Examination candidates, their Certificates will be Signed and Issued in the subsequent Convocation and will be dispatched by Post to their Personal Address only.
Certificate, Mark Sheets, Migration & T.C. of the Students will be sent to the concerned Study Centres after the Convocation date if the student has not appeared to accept the honor from the Chancellor.
